My Executive Coaching Philosophy

I am committed to supporting my clients, human to human, using the tools and resources that best support them. Clients are clear about their goals, and together we create a process and a path that best serves the client’s needs.

What to Look for in a Coach

Consider not only someone who understands your context, but a coach that you feel a connection to and who has demonstrated results. When working with me, clients begin with objectives, behavioral indicators for those objectives and often assessments customized to the client’s needs. For the duration of our time together, clients have in me a partner to be a sounding board, a thought partner, and someone who has access to a repository of resources, tools and language to support your growth as a leader and achieve your goals. My job is to deeply listen to you and tailor your coaching experience to what you need and how you learn best.
